Reviews and Ratings
This hotel had a lovely terrace with a leaky toilet in the room, showers were great; plus, they even provided free biscuits. The service from the waiting staff on late shift was outstanding, along with a warm welcome drink from housekeeping. The location, at the top of the hill, offered beautiful gardens and a quiet setting perfect for exploring the island. Dining for vegetarians was a delightful experience with larger plates and a very friendly chef. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with minor issues like the leaky toilet, and missing Wi-Fi in communal areas.
The hotel had some maintenance issues with old broken furniture and areas that needed proper cleaning, but the terrace was lovely and the shower was massive. Service from the waiting staff during late shifts and housekeeping was excellent, plus the welcome drink added a nice touch. The location right on the seafront in beautiful gardens was stunning, making it a great spot for exploring the quiet area and enjoying the nice grounds. The dining experience catered well to vegetarians, with hand-cut steaks as a highlight. However, the slightly larger plates brought some humor to the meals.
The hotel is in a prime location by the seafront, making it easy to explore the island. The rooms have some cleaning issues but come with nice terrace views and free biscuits. The service, especially from the late-shift waiting staff, is excellent. Dining offers slightly larger plates and a friendly chef, but the Pork Belly is a standout. The facilities are well-kept, and the gardens add to the serene atmosphere.
